Introducing Students to the School

Before new students start in September they are invited into Drayton Manor. During this time they meet the Head of Year, tutors and other teachers and take part in some lessons. Early in the autumn term parents are invited to the school to meet with the tutor and senior staff to discuss their child's progress. Later, spread over the year, there is a progress check, a full parents' evening and a formal report on each student's progress.

If you wish to make an appeal you will need to submit the Application to Appeal form directly to the clerk of the Independent Appeal Panel. Please find the Appeal Guidance Notes here and the Appeals Form here.

If your child is leaving Drayton Manor High School, please complete the form here as fully as possible and return it to main reception. Your child will not be removed from the school roll until the completed form is received. A letter or email notifying the school that your child is leaving will not be sufficient.
